There are still a few fresh run steelhead entering the Salmon River, N.Y. Water temperature was 37 degrees on Saturday & Sunday. Alot of snow left higher in the watershed but down by the lake there are just a few snow banks left. I was swinging this 4" Red/orange cut-shank Intruder in the lower river. I lost a fish on Saturday and had 2 tugs on Sunday and managed to land this 30" female.

I've been watching the weather and water temperature and waiting for 40 degrees. I think it is going to get really good by next week. Thanks for the post. It's really great to have someone who has swinging success right there to offer reports.
Well done,
William

Hey FT,
Like that Intruder... and the hen as well. Way to go.
